General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of NOBITE
§ 1 Scope and Provider Information
(1) The contractual partner for all orders in the NOBITE online shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) is:

(3) These GTC apply exclusively to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code) in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized. Goods are only sold in household quantities; commercial resale is prohibited without written consent. The contractual language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract and Ordering Process
(1) The presentation of goods does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the button “Complete payment” (or equivalent), you submit a binding offer to purchase.
(2) The contract is concluded as follows:
* When using instant payment services (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit Card): Immediately upon completion of the payment by the customer.
* In all other cases (e.g., payment in advance): Upon our declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail or by shipping the goods.
(3) We are entitled to accept your offer within two working days. If you do not receive a confirmation or the goods within this period, you are no longer bound to your order.
§ 3 Delivery and Availability of Goods
(1) Delivery shall be made to the address provided by the customer within the delivery areas specified in the online shop.
(2) If a product is not available because we have not been supplied by our supplier through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.
§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) The prices stated include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Information about shipping costs will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.
(2) The payment methods displayed during the ordering process apply. The purchase price is due for payment immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
§ 5 Retention of Title and Liability for Defects
(1) The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.
(2) The statutory rights of liability for defects (warranty) apply to all goods.
§ 6 Product Use, Safety, and Protection of Minors
(1) Use biocidal products with care. The customer is obliged to strictly observe the safety and application instructions on the product packaging before use and to always read the label and product information before use.
(2) Our offers are directed exclusively to persons of legal age. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
§ 7 Storage of the Contract Text
We store the contract text and send you the order data and these GTC by e-mail. If you have created a customer account, you can view your past orders there at any time.
§ 8 Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory provisions of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
